The house was in an excellent location, very quiet and pleasant but within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants etc. The property was very clean and fully equipped as described. We made use of the pool areas which we had to ourselves most days and which were also very clean and well maintained. I would happily return next year and would also reccommend this house to family and friends."Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Age 55+ (4 out of 5)

We spent 4 weeks in dec & jan, it had every thing you could want, very very clean, near banks, pubs, cafes. Lovely area u can still eat out cheap there even with £ so low against euro, there are markets every day all not too far away. The salt lakes are lovely with pink flamingos there. If you're going to stay in the torrevieja area do not miss this house and owner Rob can not do enough to help you even though he's in the U.K. Hope every body likes it as much as us Jon Tina Mina Eugene & Lola the dog."

Review Submitted: October 23, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008 "We had a fantastic 2 week holiday when we stayed at this house. It has everything that you need to make it feel like home from home. We used the BBQ every night except for two, one when we ate out at one of the many Chinese buffets and the other at an Italian restaurant. There are plenty of supermarkets within easy reach all at reasonable prices. We had excellent weather and most days we either stayed by the pool or went off to the beach. We found many lovely beaches on our travels but our favourite one was at Mil Palmeras. We hired a car for the full 2 weeks (which we would recommend) whilst we were away, and it was really simple to collect / drop off at the airport. We went to the Go Karts in town and we had great fun and the kids enjoyed the kids track as well. We also went to the water park in Torrevieja it was fairly expensive to get in initially but they offer you tickets for just 7 Euros each if you return again within 7 days, which we did, so it cut the cost down a bit. Near to the water park is a shopping centre which has some nice shops and restaurants. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and we will definitely be booking again to go back very soon."Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Age55+, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway. The accomodation was as described in the website. The property was very clean and every possible kitchen utensil was supplied. The pool area was very peaceful and the quality of the water was very good. Review Submitted: September 9, 2008 Date of Stay: August 2008 "We had a fantastic two week holiday in this townhouse during the middle of August this year with our three young children. We found the accommodation to be excellent, very clean and with everything as described in the literature. The pool nearby was lovely and very safe for the children, most days we had it to ourselves for the first couple of hours! There were a couple of well stocked supermarkets within walking distance and plenty of places to eat at night including traditional English Fayre, Chinese & Italian again, within walking distance. The waterpark at Torrevieja was fun and only ten minutes drive away but it does get very busy so get there early before the queue's build up! I would recommend this holiday property to anyone who likes a peaceful, relaxing pool holiday or for anyone who wants to use it as a base to explore the area."Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Age 55+, Sightseeing, GirlsGetaway, Romantic Getaway.
